John O’Leary

John O’Leary is passionate about helping small business owners achieve success both in their business and personal lives.

John is an award winning businessman and entrepreneur with more than 30 years business experience who ventured into business at the young age of 24 when he bought his first tyre shop in Chinchilla. With no formal business training or education John was successful enough to buy out the opposition Beaurepaires shop just 3 years later.

Whilst achieving this level of success, John realized that the work ethic he had adopted (that to succeed you must work harder) was limiting his growth and affecting his personal life. After applying the Red Day system to his business John won the 2004 Beaurepaires Store of the year, John has now sacked himself from the "yellow day" part of the business and is now a successful Red Day coach.  The Beaurepaires store now earns him more now than the three stores did previously.  

John’s unique combination of experience, passion and his straight talking and down to earth manner make him a highly successful and sought after business coach.

John is based at Yandina and works with businesses on the Sunshine Coast as well with business owners all over the state from Central Queensland in the north and Darling Downs in the west.

18 months ago, I was persuaded by another local business person, Shane Nipperess- Esdale Sinclair & Associates, to attend a RED DAY Challenge.
