As a small business owner, Tania has shown strong leadership qualities with the ability to handle life’s challenges with an enthusiastic and positive approach. Having been through the struggles, stretches and successes of her own businesses, Tania is excited about using her corporate and small business experience to help Business Owners and their Teams achieve results quarter by quarter.

Based in Canterbury, Tania has embraced the Red Day Coaching principles whilst growing her business and enjoys Green Days with her husband and 3 daughters.
